Second review! 10/1/26

Marcus helped me with a refinance recently. Every time I interact with him it's a good experience. He's professional, caring, listens to my needs and isn't pushy at all. He just wants to help me and if the timing is right, he's ready to do it. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for help getting a mortgage.

Peter and the innovative team were phenomenal in how much they helped us! They gave us personalized care and kindly walked us through the entire process, which was great since we're first time home buyers! I couldn't be more grateful for them. We want to specifically call out how helpful Dustin Rains was for us as well. He was very available, helpful and attentive with all of our questions and concerns through the whole process. He deserves all the accolades! And then secondly, We also wanted to recognize Anne Harding as well. She was so kind, patient and helpful getting all of the paperwork finished and finalized and done in a timely manner for the lender and title companies. We couldn't have had a better experience than we did with you guys!

I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone buying a home or investment property who wants a responsive team that actually follows through.

Leslie Moss is a dream to work with! We have been prepping for this move for three years. She has patiently gone above and beyond to answer all of our questions, and help guide us on how to best financially prepare for the type of loan we were wanting! Not only did she make the already stressful process of applying for a mortgage loan seem so simple, but she went out of her way to switch lenders for us last minute to get us the best possible rate!!! If I could give Leslie a 100 star review, I would! She really is the very best at what she does! We are so thankful to have been able to work with her and have her share her immense knowledge with us!

The past year (2021-2022) has been a roller coaster with building a new house. There have been supply shortages, delays, price hikes, inflation, interest rate increases, you name it - it pretty much happened. But I am from the bottom of my heart grateful for Marcus Burton and the work he did to keep me informed, to have my back and best interest at heart, to listen and know what was needed at each turn, and essentially fight to make sure my family could have the best possible outcome with what we were given. I highly recommend him and his team.

Fantastic professionalism by Nate Harris and Peter as they handled our unusual situation during the COVID-19 pandemic. After a few mistakes and issues with the loan we ended up transferring to a different lender and getting a better loan all within our specified required timeline. They went above and beyond by communicating the different issues with the seller on our behalf(after permission) and making sure the process went smooth. After all was said and done, we were very pleased and happy by their service and grateful of the outcome. They gave us a binder full of our documents and a few house warming gifts. A great company, service, and people. Highly recommended. Definitely will be back for future loans. Thanks Update: Just barely refinanced our home with Innovative Mortgage Alliance and we still love their service. Very professional, knowledgable, and are willing to help you. I had a baby in the middle of the refinance and it was smooth with no hiccups. Great work team.

The entire team at Innovative Mortgage was responsive and quick which is so important in closing a home loan. They helped every step of the way to make sure it all went smoothly and closed on time. Thank you!

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable staff. They made the entire process smooth and simple to understand. Oh and they found me a rate option that was a full 1% lower than the other four quotes I got!

We are so excited! After only 18 months of purchasing, our home value increased and we were able to refinance to improve the payment. Of course, we went back with Spencer and his team and they had us done in around 2 weeks!!! Absolutely satisfied!
