We are looking for a senior-level Mortgage Advisor who wants full ownership of the loan experience — from first contact through closing.
Once a loan begins, you are the primary owner of execution. You are highly visible to borrowers, spouses, agents, and referral partners. You lead communication, manage the pipeline, and ensure the experience is calm, clear, and professional.
You are the face of the loan process.
This role is built for someone who takes pride in judgment, follow-through, and continuous improvement. This role can be remote or hybrid for the right person; however, our preference is for someone who works primarily in-office.

The goal is a loan experience so clear and professional that clients feel fully supported working directly with you — without needing access to the founder.

Compensation is structured to reward consistency, ownership, and quality execution. Top performers earn well into the six figures. Income is the byproduct of doing the work well, not the focus of the role.
